deposits

  • A deposit address for every supported network, with a QR code and a copyable string.
  • Automatic detection of supported token and native-asset deposits - you don't tell wen a deposit happened, it notices.
  • Deposit history with links to the on-chain transaction.
  • Progress and settlement notifications as a deposit confirms.
  • Fiat on-ramp integration, for funding without holding crypto first.
  • No wen deposit fee. Where an external provider or the network itself charges something, that cost is disclosed before you commit.

converting into trading cash

Deposit a supported asset and it can become trading cash without asking you to manage several separate steps. The expected result and final balance remain visible throughout.

You aren't forced into converting immediately - you can also hold a deposited token as-is and decide later.

funding perps

Moving into and out of the perps side of your account is its own small flow:

  • Preview the transfer amount and the expected result before moving anything.
  • Move funds into your perps account.
  • Complete the account setup required for perps trading.
  • View funding history and your current perps balance.
  • Withdraw unused margin back to your main wallet at any time.

withdrawals

  • Choose the asset and the network to withdraw to.
  • Save and manage withdrawal addresses so you're not re-entering one every time.
  • Preview the amount, the fee, and what you'll actually receive before confirming.
  • 2FA, or an additional approval step, on sensitive withdrawals.
  • Large withdrawals may receive an additional security check.
  • Full withdrawal history with transaction links.
  • A clear status at every stage, from the request through to blockchain confirmation.

Because wen is non-custodial, none of this is wen deciding whether you're "allowed" to have your money - it's wen making sure the transaction is correct and going to the right place. See Accounts & security for the protections around these flows.
